Well, the only really noteworthy question of paternity I can think of to do with Ultima is the question of who Nell’s baby father was (if you’ll excuse the absolutely atrocious terminology).
Would I be right in assuming Lord British here? If not, there are many other fathers I can think of – Christopher, father of Spark…
Okay, I can’t think of other fathers except for Christopher and Spark in the literal sense. But I’m thinking!

Interesting… Also of note is the tense you’ve chosen to use, I see. Is it important that you’ve said “Who IS the father?” as opposed to “Who WAS the father?” as would be the case if you were referring to the instances I was talking about.
Hrmm… could this be a hint as to the creator of this teased project? The “father of the product”, so to speak?
It is also possible that I am speaking in hypotheticals, which arguably lack tense.
It is even more likely that I have committed a minor grammatical infraction.

But maybe you meant for an Ultima related answer? Then I suppose that the Avatar will/has “conceive(d)” the Ultimas from within the Mistvale (this feels like a game of Clue). Still not sure if they were a brain-child or from physical procreation though…or whether it was sexual or asexual procreation from the Titan of Eternity.

The Guardian is/was referred to as the father at some point if I remember (U7/UW2?)

The questions may only make sense when the thing is revealed, though if I’m not careful I may give away the game too early.

Each of the old Kings of Sosaria could be fathers tho, since they all had daughters imprisoned in their castles. Not sure I’d want to wish them a happy Father’s Day, however. lol

What if I added that Katrina was the mother?

Well, in the Ultima context, Katrina is the adoptive mother of Constance, but I don’t know that we ever found out who her father was. Similarly, Katrina is a shepherd, so she is a mother-figure of her flock.
Outside of Ultima, Katrina could be anything from a big ass hurricane (who was a bad mother!), to random folks on the street.
Guess I’ll have to wait til Wednesday. lol

Katrina would be the mother of Humility no? Which threw me a bit because I thought the father might be old Hawkwind, the Timelord. Failing that, Shamino the companion of Spirituality?
