Ultima V on a Passport MIDI card
Over at ByteCellar (the vintage computing weblog), blogger blakespot has linked to a YouTube video of the title screen from Ultima 5, with audio being handled by the dual-card Passport Wavetable MIDI card.
It sounds pretty awesome:

Now, here’s the sweet detail: the team that produced this video has actually released the entire soundtrack of Ultima 5, recorded on the Wavetable card, in MP3 format. I hope they won’t mind that I’ve gone and added a gallery (with soundtrack download link) to show off their fine work!
